With over 20 years’ experience in the MICE industry, and having a solid background in commercial studies and finance, Phil is precise and committed to every project he sets his sights on. His early career within American Express Belgium, led him onto founding and managing Destination Unlimited SA – a highly reputed Brussels based company, which has always been a benchmark on the corporate event scene. He has a vast experience with multinational companies, having enjoyed lengthy collaborations with several accounts across both Europe and the USA.

Strong in languages, Phil is like a travel book of worldwide knowledge. He can confidently guide you across time zones and continents, having travelled and operated multiple events around the world. Although he has a passion for travel and meeting new people, his inner compass always gravitated back to his roots, and his eventual return to base was always just a question of time. Always an islander at heart, he simply loves Malta and the Mediterranean Sea that surrounds it.

A family man and father of two, he also enjoys running, golf and swimming, besides keeping up with another one of his passions … Juventus!
