With over 20 years’ experience in the MICE industry, and having a solid background in commercial studies and finance, Phil is precise and committed to every project he sets his sights on. His early career within American Express Belgium, led him onto founding and managing Destination Unlimited SA - a highly reputed Brussels based company, which has always been a benchmark on the corporate event scene. He has a vast experience with multinational companies, having enjoyed lengthy collaborations with several accounts across both Europe and the USA. Strong in languages, Phil is like a travel book of worldwide knowledge. He can confidently guide you across time zones and continents, having travelled and operated multiple events around the world. Although he has a passion for travel and meeting new people, his inner compass always gravitated back to his roots, and his eventual return to base was always just a question of time. Always an islander at heart, he simply loves Malta and the Mediterranean Sea that surrounds it. A family man and father of two, he also enjoys running, golf and swimming, besides keeping up with another one of his passions … Juventus!
Raffaela graduated with a Degree in Economics and Tourism, and has proudly worked in the tourism sector for over 20 years, constantly delivering service with a smile, and achieving great results and many happy clients. In her early career, she worked as a front office travel agent, being exposed to direct contact with customers, and organizing their personal trips all around the world. This experience cemented her love and passion of travel. Since then she has travelled extensively with leisure and incentives projects, providing her with invaluable first-hand knowledge in all aspects of event planning and organization. Italian born, Raffa - as she is fondly known - has lived in Malta for over 15 years, acquiring a love for both the natural and historic value of our islands, which she promotes with a passion. She today splits her time between Italy and Malta, allowing her to focus and represent our company, primarily on the Italian market. A mother of beautiful twins, she loves spending time with friends and travelling … living up to the saying that ‘la vita é veramente bella’ …!

Having worked abroad in world renowned hotels and locally within DMC’s for many years, she has gained first-hand knowledge and understanding of the various spectrums within the tourism industry. Energised by a challenge, she always strives to provide new experiences for her clients. Constantly nurturing innovative ideas, she loves to be creative and different from the rest. In her work she is methodical and logical; and expects nothing less than perfection. Her enthusiasm and love of the Maltese islands is contagious. With her genuine warmth and dedication to every event, Steph’s clients are guaranteed to take home a suitcase full of memories! From the first idea to the fabulous finished event, she simply loves organising every little (and big) detail. A wife and mum of two lovely daughters, she loves cooking, gardening, diving and travelling the globe.
A dual French and Swedish national, Viveka started travelling at an early age, developing a profound love for travel. She qualifies as a true ‘citizen of the world’, having lived in Sweden, France, Italy, Indonesia, Holland, UK, China, and more recently Malta. Her career has been predominantly in tourism and event management, although she’s also worked with modern and contemporary art - managing collections for galleries and auction houses - as well as raising funds for a Swedish foundation, granting wishes of critically ill children. Viveka - or Vivi as we fondly call her - is always full of energy, and her bubbly personality and willingness to ‘get involved’, never go unnoticed. She is passionate about art, culture, food and wine, and of course, travelling, and definitely enjoys a game of tennis and exploring the outdoors with her family. And what about her brown belt in karate? … ssshh … we promised to keep that secret !
